Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group in collaboration with a Fortune 500 consulting is searching for a skilled Associate Contract Manager. Reporting to SR Contract Lead, the Contract Manager will manage a variety of US Federal contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Provide on-site advice to Project Teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions
- Identifies contractual risks and issues; suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution
- Reviews and manages contractual obligations and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met
- Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 4 Year college degree
- Advanced degree in business/contract management/law or related fields preferred
- 7 years in contract management or legal field and applicable industry experience
- NCMA, IACCM, and/or other professional certifications are a plus
